Movie Review Horrible Bosses
Movie Info: For Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day), the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses (Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston) into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con (Jamie Foxx), the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers… permanently. There’s only one problem: even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them Horrible Bosses was a hilarious comedy and the best of the year.It was beyond funny and had a smart, clever, and well written script. Every situation the three employees were in were believable and realistic. The thing I like the most about the movie was the realism it had, no bullshit happened, like for example: how wouldn’t they be a suspect if one of their bosses were murdered. It made the Jennifer Aniston(Hot) and Charlie Day situation realistic as to why he didn’t want to pursue her sexual advances. Charlie Day’s Character is engaged in the movie and Jennifer Aniston’s character is really nutty in the movie so no wonder he wouldn’t want to have sex with some crazy lady. The other two guys sure did joke on him throughout the movie telling him that his situation really doesn’t sound that bad (So True).
Dale: (Looking at sexually explicit photos of himself with Julia) “We did all of this while I was unconscious?”
Jason Bateman was genius, as well as Kevin Spacey who played a psychotic boss.Jason Bateman’s character was denied a promotion because he was two minutes late and the first time he was ever late to work. He lost the promotion of being vice president of the company to who else the president Kevin Spacey’s character, who decided it was the best because he was late. Kevin Spacey’s character was a huge asshole included giving Bateman’s character scotch at 8:15 A.M after he took it out and Bateman had no choice to drink it.
Dave(Spacey): “You want one?” Here was the repercussion: Dave(Spacey): “I have decided who I want to be our new vice president of sales…me!”
Jason Sudeikis character actually loved his job at first he worked for Donald Sutherland’s character who was the boss of the company. Sutherland’s character died and his douche bag son- Colin Farrell became the president of the company and ran the business. Which did not make Sudeikis’s character happy at all and you can’t blame him after all the boss’s son (Colin Farrell), he does coke and wasted his money on hookers as well. He is also incompetent and still freaking hilarious. Bobby(Colin Farrell): “You can fire Professor Xavier.” Bobby: “Creeps me out, rolling around all day in his special little secret chair.” - He pins all the bullshit of firing people for no reason on Sudeikis’s character for example: Bobby(Coln Farrell): “Oh yeah, we’ve got to trim some of the fat around here.” They Don’t know how to kill their bosses so they hire murder consultant (Jamie Foxx) his name was Motherfucker Jones. Click Here to see how he got the name. Jamie Foxx was brilliantly funny in every scene he was in. The Whole Entire cast of Horrible Bosses made the movie a treat to watch. Every single person if the movie wasn’t funny they were beyond it. It was one hour and 40 minutes of pure laughter and had a lot those crazy jump out of your seat laughing moments. A must see comedy of the summer!!!!! Grade: A #horrible bosses #jennifer aniston #jason bateman #jason sudeikis #charlie day #colin farrell #kevin spacey #movie review #jamie foxx |
